The United Way of Bemidji Area, in partnership with the Bemidji Trap and Skeet Club, invites you to take part in the 2026 United Way Trap Tournament, presented by Northwoods Lumber Co., on Thursday, September 24, 2026.
Teams of five will compete at flight times beginning at 4:00 PM, 4:30 PM, 5:00 PM, 5:30 PM, and 6:00 PM. Each team will shoot two rounds of 25 clays, with the team score based on the top four out of five shooters. Participants under the age of 16 must be firearm certified.
Your $500 team registration includes range fees, ammunition, clays, and a meal provided by Lazy Jack's.
New this year is the Flurry Shoot, $50 per person. The machine throws a full field, 0–90° up and 180° left to right. Loads consist of a single, then following pairs on a 4-second reload (12 pairs total), for 25 shots total.
The registration deadline is Monday, September 21, 2026. All proceeds support the 2026 United Way Campaign, with a goal of raising $800,000. By participating in the Trap Tournament, you're helping your local United Way bring our community together to create lasting change. Your involvement supports a network of carefully vetted local nonprofits working every day to build financial stability, a healthy community, and strong youth opportunities.
