Housing Trust Fund Program Application 

Open to organizations that offer housing programs in Beltrami County 

The Housing Trust Fund program application is now open.  The United Way of Bemidji Area, in partnership with Beltrami County, is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to address the need for housing solutions within our community. This Request for Proposals (RFP) aims to support programs that enhance housing availability, affordability, and accessibility for individuals and families in Beltrami County. Applications are accepted now through October 31st at 5 PM.

Radiothon to End Child Abuse (CAPC) Funding Opportunity

Open to Beltrami County United Way Partner Agencies

The annual grant application to receive Radiothon Funding is now open.  The goal of the funds is to prevent child abuse through prevention focused, culturally competent community-based programs and/or community outreach and public awareness campaigns.  Radiothon funding is intended to provide short-term support for United Way of Bemidji Area partner agencies who work to prevent child abuse. Applications are accepted through October 2nd at 5 PM.

The annual grant application to receive Radiothon Funding is now open.  The goal of the funds is to prevent child abuse through prevention focused, culturally competent community-based programs and/or community outreach and public awareness campaigns.  Radiothon funding is intended to provide short-term support for non-profit agencies who work to prevent child abuse in Hubbard County. Applications are accepted through October 14th at 5 PM.

*Please note that funding is not dispersed until April 2025 for this grant. This year there is additional funding available due to funds not being allocated in 2023 due to a change in grant administration.  While the funding amount is not fully determined yet (due to funds being raised during the Radiothon in December) we expect to grant ~$6,000.

 


United Way Community Response Grant 

Open to non-profits in Beltrami, Hubbard, and Clearwater Counties

The Community Response Grant is designed to respond swiftly in support of non-profit organizations that are serving the escalating needs of our communities by providing funds to help solve short-term emerging needs and programs. Our expertise in community partnerships, resources, and connections ensure we are addressing the most pressing needs to keep our region strong and balanced. There is no set grant cycle, agencies may only submit one grant application per calendar year and the application should address the timeframe that the funds will be expended.
