United Way of Bemidji Area thanks the community for their incredible contributions to Stuff A Bus, a K-12 school supply drive. Thanks to your support, nearly 190 students were provided a backpack filled with school supplies to start the year ready to learn and succeed!
We would like to give a special thanks to Paul Bunyan Broadcasting, Four Pines Bookstore and TruStar Federal Credit Union for helping pack backpacks, and to Lueken's Village Foods for providing space for the packing. We also thank Bemidji Area Schools and Blackduck Area Schools for their partnership and the City of Bemidji and Visit Bemidji for allowing the school bus to be parked near Paul & Babe.
A big shoutout to the businesses that donated or held collection drives, including Visit Bemidji, Lueken’s Village Foods, Paul Bunyan Broadcasting, TruStar Federal Credit Union, Four Pines Bookstore, Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, Delta Dental of Minnesota, Northwoods Lumber Company–Blackduck, Deerwood Bank–Blackduck, Cornerstone – Bagley, and Cornerstone – Kelliher.
Because of you, kids in our area started the school year off prepared!
