United Way of Bemidji Area signed on to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in 2019 to give children in our area the best start in life. Inspired by Dolly Parton’s own dad, who couldn’t read or write.
Every month, over 705 children in our service area find a book in the mailbox - because of neighbors who fund it, volunteers who run it, and a woman from Sevier County, TN who started it all.
