Serve on an Advisory Committee
Northwoods Caregivers is looking for people to serve on an advisory committee that meets 3 times a year. This committee will be a collection of individuals bringing unique knowledge and skills to build on the knowledge and skills of the Board of Directors to more effectively guide Northwoods Caregivers. Volunteer Driver
Volunteers provide services such as transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping assistance and friendly visiting to seniors and people living with a disability. Transportation Fees apply to the Carereceiver and are based on a sliding fee scale, according to their household income. All volunteers receive Mileage Reimbursement, recognition and are covered under the program’s liability insurance.
