Community Resource Connections (CRC) is a membership organization serving the needs of nonprofits, and the clients they serve, in Beltrami, Cass, Clearwater and Hubbard counties. CRC offers information, advocacy and assistance to residents of the service area from offices in Blackduck, at the Blackduck Resource Center and from a Bemidji office located within Northern Dental Access Center. CRC staff educate about area services, aid in completing applications for all public health programs (MA, MnCare, MnSure, and Medicare), provide guidance through the Social Security Disability application process and assist the public and area professionals in navigating service systems. Services are free and confidential. CRC also provides online access to a resource directory and volunteer management site at www.crcinform.org.
