Many of our donors choose to participate in their company or organization's United Way Internal Workplace Campaign and make their donations through payroll deduction and internal "fun"draisers. Please check with your organization to find out about your United Way Campaign. If your organization does not currently offer a United Way campaign, please contact the United Way of Bemidji to find out how to start a campaign.

Planned giving is one way you and your family can help sustain United Way's mission into the future.  A planned gift creates a lasting legacy that will strengthen United Way's ability to improve lives for future generations. Planned giving simply means planning to make a future contribution – for example a deferred gift such as a bequest in a will. Gifts can take many forms, from specific cash bequests to gifts in kind (real estate, securities and other. tangible property) or life insurance policies. Whether you are writing a new will or updating an old one, it is easy to include the United Way of Bemidji Area and leave a legacy for your community. Once you are satisfied that your loved ones are taken care of, you could consider making a charitable bequest to strengthen and sustain the community you have helped to build. For more information talk to your financial and legal advisors about the best options for you and your estate.
